The Netherlands has about 40 regular fulltime University of Professional Education (aka Hogeschool, HBO) Education Institutes, which offer fulltime regular Education subsidied by the government. These Education Institutes are spread throughout the Netherlands.

Besides these 40 Hogeschool Institutes the Netherlands offers Hogeschools which provides non regular, not financed by the Government, fulltime education which also provide certified, by government organizations, educations. You can find these and the rest of the Institutes here.
From these 40 'Universities of Professional Educations' (HBOs), 21 HBOs provides programs which are general-orientated, 7 HBOs are focused on education studies and teacher studies, 7 HBOs are Art & Design orientated, 2 HBOs are Agricultural Orientated, 1 HBO is Tourism an Transport orientated.
